A design-build turnkey delivery of a custom-designed and ultra-luxury floating villa that outshadows most of the existing superyachts in the UAE. The villa is equipped with power generation, sewage treatment, and desalination plants, achieving full autonomy. As a retrofit, the company later installed propulsion units on the villa, enabling independent coastal movements in UAE waters.
The villa's most spacious and luxurious rooms are the three Owner's Suites, offering stunning sea views and expansive outdoor terraces with sun loungers and waterfront jacuzzis. With wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows throughout, the modern architecture provides uninterrupted panoramic sea views. This unique floating building features 6,000m2 of floor space spread across three floors, along with a separate service basement and technical area.
