Floating Industrial Platforms

We have identified several use cases for floating solutions in the industrial setting. A few examples are logistic hubs, fresh and wastewater handling facilities, data centers, power generation and production sites – built for modular scalability and easy deployment in demanding marine environments. MEYER Floating Solutions focuses not only on technical functionality but also on reducing the unit’s environmental impact throughout its life cycle. For example, heat pumps efficiently use the water body to ensure both heating and cooling depending on the weather conditions.

Data Center

Our floating data centers offer an environmentally friendly and resource-efficient solution to the rising demand for data infrastructure. Utilizing the surrounding sea as a natural heat sink, they reduce reliance on treated water for cooling. With integrated renewable energy systems and offsite-built modular designs for faster deployment, these mobile units can be relocated and upgraded with the latest technology, ensuring superior performance and sustainability.

Service Platform

Our floating service platform is a compact and mobile solution designed to provide efficient logistics support in remote areas without permanent infrastructure. Its adaptable design ensures flexibility and reliability, making it an ideal choice for operations in challenging or underserved locations, offering seamless support where it is most needed.

Wind Turbine Platform

Our floating wind turbine platform offers dual functionality: acting as a “marshalling platform” to reduce temporary storage needs at ports and potentially avoiding costly, environmentally damaging land reclamation. Additionally, it streamlines offshore wind turbine installation by serving as temporary storage, simplifying logistics, and reducing the time required for expensive offshore equipment to remain offsite.
